Fonthill Down, Nr Chicklade. Wiltshire. June 27th 2011


This pattern in wheat measures approx. 130 feet in diameter. It displays 3 six-pointed stars with lotus petal shapes, increasing in size to the outer ring.

I think this formation looks amazing, it almost looks like the wheat has been knitted! I would love to see some close up ground shots of  this formation, but this seems unlikely as the Farmers are not welcoming people onto their land to visit this circle.
