Allington, nr Devizes, Wiltshire. June 28th 2011
A very small and cute little formation, a little ray of sunshine perhaps! Unfortunately, this was cut out by the farmer a few hours after it was discovered.

Fonthill Down, Nr Chicklade. Wiltshire. June 27th 2011
This pattern in wheat measures approx. 130 feet in diameter. It displays 3 six-pointed stars with lotus petal shapes, increasing in size to the outer ring.
I think this formation looks amazing, it almost looks like the wheat has been knitted! I would love to see some close up ground shots of this formation, but this seems unlikely as the Farmers are not welcoming people onto their land to visit this circle.

Honeystreet, Nr Alton Barnes, Wiltshire. June 26th 2011

East Kennet, Wiltshire (2). June 23rd 2011
This crop formation was first discovered in May, since it's original discovery it has been re-pressed and some slight additions made to it. Whilst it would seem that the additions are somewhat uninspired, and isn't like the additions seen on formations in the past, it is somewhat unusual perhaps.

Westwoods, Nr Lockeridge, Wiltshire. June 21st 2011
A wonderful formation, makes me think of four Deer heads arranged in a sort of celtic cross. Appearing in wheat, and measuring approximately 110 ft in diameter.

Simple, yet intricately beautiful inside this crop circle lying near to the village of Stanton St Bernard in the Pewsey Vale, close to the white horse at Alton Barnes.

Stonehenge (2), nr Winterbourne Stoke, Wiltshire. 21st June 2011
Appearing in the same field as Crass formation close to Stonehenge on the night of the summer solstice. In Barley, and measuring approx 80x130 ft, making this a quite small formation.

Stonehenge (1), nr Winterbourne Stoke, Wiltshire. 20th June 2011
Measuring approximately 170ft in diameter in Barley, this is the first of two formations to appear near stonehenge on consecutive nights. This formation apparently depicts the logo of an 80s punk band called Crass!

Bluestone Heath Road, Worlaby, nr Louth, Lincolnshire. June 18th 2011
No aerial shots of this simple, but elegant looking formation due simply to it's location, and the fact that most if not all UK crop circle researchers/photographers seemed to be based in or around the Wilshire area. It seems a shame, and makes me wonder what other gems have been missed due to their locations.

Kingstone Coombes, Nr Ashbury, Oxfordshire. June 9th 2011
This formation was discovered at Kingstone Coombes, near the village of Ashbury in Oxfordshire. It also lies close to the neolithic long barrow of Wayland's Smithy, and is located in the same spot as the Jellyfish formation of 2009.
A relatively small pattern in barley, and in my humble opinion, absolutely awful looking, (with what appears to be a major mistake occurring during construction) which, disappointingly, seems to be this year's theme.
